City News|

The City of Graymoor-Devondale is pleased to announce that milling and resurfacing work on Girard Drive between Crossmoor and Greenlawn is scheduled to begin Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

This project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve our neighborhood streets.

What Residents Should Expect

Construction is expected to last approximately three weeks, depending on weather, contractor scheduling, and project conditions.

During this time, residents may experience:

  • Temporary traffic delays
  • Limited access to portions of Girard Drive
  • Construction equipment and crews working along the roadway
  • Changes to normal traffic patterns

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly, allow additional travel time, and follow posted construction signs and instructions from work crews.

Improving Our Neighborhood Streets

Milling and resurfacing will help improve the roadway’s condition and provide a smoother driving surface for residents and visitors.

We understand that construction may cause temporary inconvenience, particularly for residents living along the affected section of Girard Drive.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed.

Thank you for helping keep Graymoor-Devondale a safe and well-maintained community!
