In response to the reassessment of property values by the PVA, the Graymoor-Devondale City Council has approved the largest change to the city’s property tax early payment discount rate in many years.
For the fiscal year beginning July 1, the early payment discount for property taxes will increase from 14% to 18%.
Because of this increased discount, city property taxes will increase by less than home values have increased. This adjustment is intended to help reduce the impact of rising property assessments on Graymoor-Devondale residents.
Residents are encouraged to watch for future tax information and payment deadlines from the City.
