PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Graymoor-Devondale will hold a public hearing per KRS 132.027 for setting its 2026 real property tax rate. The public hearing will be held during the 6:30 p.m. City Council Meeting on 6/16/26 at the City Offices located at 1500 Lynn Way. The 2025 tax rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed valuation, produced $665,049. The compensating tax rate for 2026, the rate that would produce the same revenue as 2025, is $.1709 per $100 of assessed valuation. The proposed 2026 tax rate is $0.20 cents per $100 assessed valuation and would produce $778,138. The City of Graymoor-Devondale proposes exceeding the compensating tax rate with the expected revenue spent on general government expenses.
