In this scam, callers pretend to be deputies or law enforcement officers and claim you missed jury duty. They may threaten arrest unless immediate payment is made.
Please remember:
- Legitimate law enforcement will NEVER demand payment over the phone.
- Authorities will NEVER ask you to purchase gift cards, send Bitcoin, or withdraw cash to avoid arrest.
- Scammers use fear and urgency to pressure people into acting quickly.

- Do not share personal or financial information.
