The votes are in, and Graymoor-Devondale has spoken. Our 2025 Annual Holiday Decorating Contest brought out incredible creativity, community pride, and holiday spirit across the city. We received 457 total votes, and the results were decisive.
After tallying all submissions, the top three homes are:
First Place
7604 Devondale Court
With an impressive 323 votes (70% of all votes), this home was the clear favorite and earns the $100 Grand Prize Gift Card to a Graymoor-Devondale business.
Second Place
6707 Greenlawn Road
This beautifully decorated home received 40 votes, winning a $50 Gift Card.
Third Place
1606 Girard Drive
With 25 votes, this home takes Third Place and earns a $25 Gift Card.
